Thank you for all your help and assistance in fine tuning my hearing aids despite the fact that I did not purchase them from your organization.

I purchased these originally from another company who were very patient and helpful but just did not seem to be able to tune them satisfactorily even after many repeated visits and attempts. When I went for my regular 6 monthly recall to my ENT specialist I had the normal hearing test – both without my aids and with them – both showed basically the same results!! In other words I was virtually no better off with my new (very expensive aids!!) hearing aids than I was before purchasing them.

I was later recommended to see you personally to have these aids adjusted to my needs. Thank goodness I did as I immediately heard the difference without any distortion and after one more fine tune I was relieved to hear a lot clearer – with very little distortion.
